Spiritual Leadership and Motivation
David Mpwani, Dmin Candidate
Abstract
Introduction
Spiritual Leadership is the greatest issue in the church organization. When it is missing, the possibility of demoralization in the work of God is inevitable. Ultimately, a great degree of spiritual stagnancy and compromise covers the church. Indeed, with the lack of Spiritual Leadership, it loses focus to achieve its divine mandated goal and mission in the world. The lack of spiritual leadership in the church diminishes its vitality and value in fulfilling the great gospel commission. What is one aspect in spiritual leadership that can propel the church to achieve its mission?
